Rules (Tentative)

	must be student at Penn or Drexel (Undergraduate, Masters or PhD)
	individual or teams (up to 4 people)... but only one prize will be given to the winning team and it's their decision how to deal with it
	can not start before Dec 31, 2005 (end of Penn's first semester)
	must use a .NET language (C#.NET, C++.NET, Visual Basic.NET, ASP.NET, etc)
	must run on Weiss Tech House computers, or you must supply your own hardware
